1) Product: Everything is designed and created in house. We personally verify that you are receiving an item that has been made with much love, high quality materials, and is inspected multiple times. 

2) Returns & Exchanges:

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may elect to exchange the item or receive store credit within 5 days. Because return shipping is purchased by the buyer, we recommend that you check the proper sizing chart or message us through email or any of our social media sites prior to ordering. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging.

5) Can I trust purchasing from you?

Though this site shows a date of 2022, we have been in business since 2015. Updating website pages will change years. Please check our Etsy shop for reassurance on our product and customer service.

6) How do I care for these handmade items?

Our materials are specially designed with handcrafted details. We recommend spot cleaning due to the lace, embellishments, and special details.
Iron with warm temperatures.
